Senior School

Mus'ab School offers education for O' level, A' level and matriculation system. For this purpose the senior school is divided into four further sections.
 

   Pre O' level

Classes VI, VII, VIII

   Matriculation

Classes IX, X

   O' level

:

Classes IX, X, XI

   A' level

:

Classes A1, A2

At present the senior school is a co-education system.

 

PRE O LEVEL

Admission Requirements:

Students seeking admission must clear the written test in English, Urdu, Science and Mathematics for the class in which admission is required.

The test will be followed by an interview with vice principal/coordinator. The students will be asked questions regarding the subjects of their interest and general knowledge.

 

Curriculum:

Aiming to provide holistic education to all our students, the subjects included in the curriculum are:

English, Urdu, Mathematics, Islamiat, Geography, History, General Science, Computer and Arabic.

All efforts are made to encourage intellectual curiosity and independent thought through problem solving and critical thinking approaches. An attitude of questioning and inquiry is promoted to create self-learners. A variety of instructional methods are used to facilitate every student to maintain a level of interest and motivation.

Computer education is compulsory for all students. A specially designed course has been adopted to equip students with necessary practical and theoretical knowledge in the use of this technology. Ample opportunities are provided to each student to use the computer to enhance learning and develop creativity.

A-LEVEL 

The subjects offered include physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Business Studies, Economics and Accounting. The admission in A Level depends on the O Level results obtained by the student.

 

Assessment and Evaluation:

The students of the senior most classes, i.e. A Level have to appear in bimonthly as well as term exams to be held twice a year. They also participate in mock exams conducted by school administration just before they are released from school to appear in CIE Examination.
